Toshiba Smallwood, born on April 17, 1985, in Dallas, Texas, is a dedicated professional and the #1 Tucker at her company as a CDL Truck Driver. With a background in telecommunications technology, security, and private security, she has consistently demonstrated commitment to personal and professional development since graduating high school. 

Toshiba's unique gift lies in her ability to connect, communicate, and motivate others. Recognizing her innate talent for impacting youth and fostering growth, she believes her purpose extends beyond herself—a vision entrusted to her by a higher power. 

 As the founder of BLVCKSHE3P, Toshiba extends her dedication to improving lives by providing comprehensive support and empowerment to survivors of trauma. BLVCKSHE3P fosters a community of healing and growth, reflecting her commitment to making a positive impact on survivors' lives. 

 In addition to her work with BLVCKSHE3P, Toshiba co-founded "Transforming Visions to Dreams," an organization dedicated to providing housing for foster children transitioning out of the foster care system. Her core values of faith, honesty, leadership, and gratitude shape her actions both professionally and personally.
